Please remember that there is a really interesting discussion group happening at 11.30 after the 10am service about the events at Parihaka in 1881, when the peaceful Taranaki village of Parihaka with its philosophy of peace and reconciliation through non-violence, was invaded by the Crown. I went last year and it was really well done.
